Learn TRX Suspension Training at your own pace with this flexible digital course. You'll build a strong foundation in TRX principles, techniques, and applications, and gain the knowledge and skills required to maximize your efficiency and results.

Course Materials

All participants will receive a link to access the digital course materials. Attendees should have access to a private space, a TRX Suspension Trainer, and a stable wifi connection.

Cancellation Policy

Digital courses are non-refundable. All registrants must successfully complete the course to receive a course completion qualification and continuing education credits.

Pre-Requesites

• There are no prerequisites to take this TRX Professional Education Course.
• Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will only be applied to certified health & fitness professionals.
• All registrants must successfully complete the course in order to receive a Course Completion Qualification and Continuing Education credits.

Certification

• Certificate of Completion (attendance, participation & passing grade required).
• 6-7 hours of Continuing Education Credits (CEC’s).
• Upon Completion you will become a TRX Qualified Coach.

Continuing Education Credits

• 6-7 Credit Hours Available with ACE, AFAA, canfitpro, CIMSPA, ISSA, NASM.

• Master a variety of foundational Suspension Training exercises.
• Learn to progress and regress exercises for different fitness levels.
• Utilize TRX Progression Principles to adjust resistance and stability for each exercise.
• Effectively cue and correct common faults.
• Properly set up and utilize the TRX Suspension Trainer.
