The beads are strung on metal tiger tail and have a decorative push clasp that works well. This necklace is circa 1955 and was designed by Vendome. Vendome was the upscale line produced by Coro using high-quality components. Named after Place de Vendome in Paris, this line was aimed at wealthy Americans aspiring to have Parisian fashion. This is an elegant and collectible necklace.
