Sababay Black Velvet is a light-bodied red wine with brilliant hues of dark ruby. A bouquet of ripe berry fruits, plums, toasted oak and a hint of nutmeg are present on the nose. To taste, you can expect a savoury palate with long fruit flavours, including blackcurrant, cranberry, cherry and subtle hints of tobacco and black pepper spices.  
Sababay Black Velvet is an easy-drinking red wine that makes a great pair to Asian cuisine. It is a wine designed for a short cellaring and is best slightly chilled.
