GionGion is a traditional entertaining district in Kyoto, Japan. I called Gion the secretive state of mind of my model, the obscure place of her consciousness, where thoughts and desires are far from defined. Shes looking inward, chasing some unknown deep horizon, where real and unreal converge into one vibrating energy field. Her mind is a sacred place, clearly suggested by the Temple Gate structure, playfully assuming the role of a headdress.
