Sound experience

The sound in these Apple AirPods 4 with active noise reduction headphones is incredibly good and developed to give you a fantastic sound experience. The headphones are developed with customized spatial sound and with registration of your head movements, so that the sound becomes a three-dimensional experience. That way, you will be surrounded by the music or sound from your film.

With just these earphones, there is the possibility of several different sound settings. There are i.a. the possibility to remove the background sound using active noise reduction, so you can enjoy 100% your sound and only your sound. In addition, you also have the option of transparent sound; you can hear both your own sound, whether it's music, podcast, film or something else, but at the same time the headphones let a bit of sound from your surroundings come through, so you still have the opportunity to orientate yourself about what's going on around you.

Pressure sensor

The headphones are easy to use and you can control the sound by pressing the wand, so you can leave your device in your pocket if you're e.g. want to change songs, turn up the volume or receive a call.

• Press 1 time to play or pause the music, answer calls and turn silent mode on or off
• Press 2 times to end call and fast forward
• Press 3 times to rewind
• Press and hold to activate Siri

Siri and voice control

The helpful technology Siri can also be used and controlled through the headphones. You can activate Siri by saying "Hey Siri" and then whatever you want - e.g. "Hey Siri - change song".

A newly developed feature here is that you can now interact with Siri with head movements. For example you can nod your head if you want to say yes or shake your head if you want to say no. This is especially smart if you are in a place where you would like to avoid responding verbally.

Battery life

When the headphones are in use:

• Up to 5 hours of playback time on a single charge (if used for audio playback)

• Up to 4.5 hours of talk time on a single charge (if used for calls)

When the charging case is fully charged:

• Up to 30 hours of playback time

If the earphones are charged in the charging case for just 5 minutes, they already have power for about 1 hour of playback time or about 45 minutes of talk time.

Charging

When the charging case is discharged, you have several options to charge it again.

You can use a USB-C cable and wall charger (not included) for a traditional charging experience but with Apple AirPods 4 with active noise reduction, you also have the option to charge your charging case wirelessly. You can e.g. use an Apple Watch charger or a Qi charger (not included).

Dust, sweat and water resistant

These headphones are also perfect to use for sports or at a generally high level of activity where you sweat a lot, or perhaps at work where it is very dusty. The headphones are dust, sweat and water resistant (IP54 classification).

Note that the earphones are water-resistant but not waterproof - they should therefore not be exposed to large amounts of water.
